Installation steps include: opening the package and removing all accessories, such as the frame, bed frame, ladder, rubber sleeves, and nuts; installing the rubber sleeves into the square tubes of the frame to prevent slippage and noise; during assembly, two people can each hold the frame and bed frame for installation; if one person is operating, first place the bed frame against the wall and screw it in, ensuring the guardrails are oriented correctly and the ladder holes are aligned; the bed is divided into two sides and cannot be reversed; finally, screw in and tighten them.

The entire bed connection uses a suspension system made of 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, pressed by a grinding tool, and cannot be connected with screws.

Due to its ease of disassembly and assembly, high stability, and effective use of vertical space (saving space), bunk beds are widely used in various collective living spaces such as student dormitories, factory dormitories, and construction site dormitories. Approximately 50 million bunk beds of various types are used in schools, businesses, construction sites, and other places in China. Modern bunk beds not only emphasize practicality but also incorporate more design elements and personalized functions; for example, some bunk beds are equipped with storage cabinets, bookshelves, and other additional facilities. Iron beds are space-saving, environmentally friendly, and low-cost.
